1. The initial setup-up fee is $ 615.

2. The setup-up fee is non-refundable.

3. The setup-up fee can be paid using our Bank Transfer or PayPal

4. The setup-up fee covers all initial work that includes, creation and adaptation work for site design, the site content and setup of all functions.

5. Once a setup-up fee has been received we will start making efforts to make your site live as soon as possible. This process usually takes at most 7 working days.

6. Once a setup-up fee has been received it will be important for us to receive any information and website content you want present on the site. Failure to provide this information promptly may delay your site's live date.

7. The monthly lease fee is $350.

8. The date that we receive your setup-up fee shall acts as your first day of lease. This is the day that all lease payments will be taken from your account.

9. We shall generate a monthly invoice through PayPal to collect the monthly payments in advance.

10. The lease runs on a month-to-month basis which you are able to cancel at any time. We will never cancel your lease unless you fail to pay a monthly lease payment.

11. Your lease payments are guaranteed for the first 12 months, after this period we reserve the right to increase the price of the lease. We will provide you with a one month notice before any price raise.

12. If you fail to pay a monthly lease payment, we will contact you. Provided you make the payment within 5 working days, no further action will be taken. However if you fail to make payment within this time the site will be taken offline and will be put up for sale.

13. At this point if you wish to restart your lease on the site a reactivation payment of $85 will be payable in addition to the monthly lease payment.

14. All the invoices would be raised in the name of WebVantage Technologies

15. The above mentioned offer is only valid for the industry verticals for which have already developed a web application

16. If your business is not listed in above mentioned offer then you simply have to make an initial payment of $615 & we will create your website.

17. The recurring payment of $350 shall start only after we make your website rank on the industry leading keywords which makes it a very genuine effort to make your business grow.

18. All the website we create in the Web Leasing vertical would be owned by WebVantage Technologies
